Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal team to get quotes out to sales frontline. NPI or others
  • Getting 3 months forecast from sales frontline and interface with PMC
  • Follow up on forecast to turn to orders.
  • Advice on delivery lead time coordinating with PMC
  • Release orders to group manager, ensure internal readiness (R&D, engineering), track the progress of order completion to meet customer delivery requirements
  • Monitor and ensure on-time invoice
  • Monitor debtor aging
  • Monitor on inventory aging (3 months for FG, raw material stock up without actual order)
  • Manage the transitioning projects from China to Malaysia with customer
  • Work on Production Line Review annually (PLR)
  • Manage samples making delivery (new project management - including transition to Malaysia)
  • Manage the transition of product line from China to Malaysia
  • Organize and coordinate sales operations related events

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 year experience in the field
  • Must be able to write and communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Must be analytical and strong in communication
  • Must be able to use office productivity apps such as Excel and Powerpoint

All in salary:
From 5000 to 10000 per month
