  • To constantly strive to please all guest that he/she may come into contact with during his/her here.
  • To increase business/ occupancy through establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • To update and control all mailing systems, correspondences (internal and external), meeting minutes, memorandums, and any other items pertaining to clerical aspects.
  • To respond to the changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry company or the hotel.
  • To assist the clients with their needs and requirements over the telephone.
  • To report for duty punctually adhering to the hotel's Personal Hygiene and Grooming standards. Name badge must be worn at all times.
  • To be fully aware and observe all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention measures.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
