Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at TIME's group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Support

Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Sales and Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate agreements with clients.

Schedule Management

Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing travel time between locations.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit daily sales reports, update the Accounts Department, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Market Research and Feedback

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, gather feedback from customers, and provide insights to improve sales target development.

Team Support

Provide administrative support to the Sales Executive, assist with email marketing and social media posts, and contribute to work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.

Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience as a sales executive.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
