**The Role**:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You'll develop strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence. Your leadership will be crucial in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Mentor and develop sales team members to foster a high-performance sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work at least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of successfully managing a sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Mon - Fri (9.30am - 5.30pm)

Need to travel once a month

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
