RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES

  • Monitor and update trip schedule and drivers schedule.
  • Arrange transport order, planning and estimating ETA and ETD.
  • Update to customer and drives of the transport timing schedule upon receive order.
  • Monitor and track GPS and ensure drivers on correct route.
  • Monitor and collect drivers' service voucher.
  • Update vehicle maintenance, service and repair record.
  • Update vehicle licence renewal, including permit and road tax.
  • Respond and attend customers' inquiries.
  • Perform any ad‐hoc duties as per assigned by Operation Manager.

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma/Degree in Transportation Management, or any equivalent field.
  • Experienced in Logistic/Transportation management.
  • Demonstrate great leadership and excellent communication abilities.
  • High responsibility to the duties and good organization management.
