Job Responsibilities:

  • Explore new customer opportunities and handle sales order activities.
  • Handle shipping and export documents for export sales.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods ordered.
  • Coordinate with departments to provide post-delivery services and after-sales support.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Control non-conforming products and investigate customer complaints.
  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports based on quarterly objectives.
  • Investigate and propose corrective actions or initiate improvement actions as needed.
  • Report sales performance to management review meetings.
  • Contribute to risk and opportunity assessments.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in export sales with different local markets.
  • Expertise in plastic film manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals.

Remuneration:

  • MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,000 + commission.
