This role is designed for a highly organized individual who is keen on developing a career that bridges procurement and administrative functions.

The Junior Procurement cum Admin Officer will play a dual role, supporting both our procurement processes and administrative operations.

This position is ideal for an adaptable, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys a variety of tasks and is eager to learn and grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to budgets.
  • Support the management of supplier relationships, including conducting performance reviews and maintaining contracts.
  • Help with the negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best prices and quality.
  • Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier information, for reporting and analysis.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports related to procurement and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work independently.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Prior experience in a procurement or administrative role is a plus.

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
