Job Scope, Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing request for IOI Offices and met with the ISO procedures.
  • Sourcing for price quotation within timeline.
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
  • Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
  • Handle new vendor registration & evaluation.
  • Ensure procurement and Code of Conduct compliance.
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by your superior or any other persons designated by the company.

Job Competence Profile

  • Good communication skills and proficient in English.
  • Proactive problem solving, follow up & negotiations skill.
  • Attention to detail & able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in dealing with contractors, suppliers.

Person Specification

  • Diploma in any field or at least SPM/STPM or other related discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience.
  • Have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, Power Point.
