Procurement Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and collect market information based on different products.
- Provide professional sourcing support for supplier resources.
- Prepare, draft and manage all tenders and supplier contracts.
- Assist in sourcing and in execution for materials, products & cost reduction negotiation with suppliers and cross-checking purchases information.
- Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ), procurement contract and Purchase Order (PO) execution/ processing.
- Update subcontractor PO and payment process.
- Update information in company project system.
- Coordinate and deal with problems arising from contract implementation and procurement activities, ensure contracts are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
- Establish and maintain material management ledger, conduct data statistics and filing.
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed and assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**Requirement**
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be able tp communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a must due to will liaise with HQ from China.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
