Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure the payroll is accurate in accordance with the latest employment rules and regulations.


  • Prepare and check the related documents and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure that all personnel files in both paper and electronics format are updated in a timely manner, maintaining the confidentiality and security of data at all times.
  • Be responsible for recruitment matters including but not limited to posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews & work trials.
  • Assist in developing and updating Human Resources work processes, handbook, policies and Performance Management System setting.
  • Preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the company.
  • Perform any other adhoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax
  • Conduct Induction and Orientation programs for new employees.
  • Handle employees disputes, disciplinary problems and propose to Company an appropriate course of action
  • Handle all foreign worker related matter including but not limited to permit renewal, payroll, FOMEMA, recruitment and disciplinary issue.
  • Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in HR field.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge in human resources management and local labour laws and regulations.
  • Able to maintain private & confidentiality matters in HR dept.
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Positive & proactive attitude towards work.
  • Possess logical thinking and creativity, organized, careful, can communicate well with others.
  • Knowledge of SQL Payroll system will be advantageous.
  • Immediate availability will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
