- Implement effective recruitment process.
- Monitor and update attendance and leave records.
- Maintain employee payroll information by entering and updating relevant data which includes new joiners, resignations, transfers, increments, promotions and etc.
- Administer the performance management exercise and system, monitor its progress and support on the implementation, and continually develop as necessary. Ensure that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
- Administer and manage insurance and medical plans, travel insurance, insurance policies renewal, petrol cards and other compensation and benefits programs
- Assist in all the staff engagement activities (e.g., annual dinner,) preparation & execution, monitor the outcome, propose the improvement plans & prepare relevant report.
- Assist in the implementation all HR new policies/initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and compile reporting and analysis as required.
- Any other tasks as assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Possess a diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 5 years' experiences in Human Resource and Administration particularly in the FMCG industry.
- Selfmotivated and strong initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Possess own car with a valid driving license
