Job Summary
Responsible for branch operations, customer service, decentralization of policy servicing and agency support.
Key Responsibilities
- Facetoface customer service to Life and General insurance policyholders
- Complaint handling and escalation
- Premium collections, reconciliation and banking
- Decentralization of policy servicing (financial & nonfinancial policy changes and reinstatement).
- Attending to enquiries and appeals from Life agents on operational issues
- Execution of operational transformation initiatives under new work model Requirements
Requirement
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
