Job Summary
Responsible for branch operations, customer service, decentralization of policy servicing and agency support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facetoface customer service to Life and General insurance policyholders
  • Complaint handling and escalation
  • Premium collections, reconciliation and banking
  • Decentralization of policy servicing (financial & nonfinancial policy changes and reinstatement).
  • Attending to enquiries and appeals from Life agents on operational issues
  • Execution of operational transformation initiatives under new work model Requirements

Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
- able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast pace environment.
