Admin and HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for all staff members as required.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage expenses reports.
  • Manage company assets such as office supplies, inventory, and procurement of equipment or services as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage desk/workstation arrangement according to the company recruitment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and prepare timely submissions of statutory contributions.
  • To utilize and maintain payroll software/systems to process payroll efficiently.
  • Responsible to ensure all HR related documents / records are properly filed and kept.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and databases efficiently.
  • Handle routine HR inquiries and requests from employees.
  • Draft various HRrelated documents e.g letter, memo, guideline, org chart, etc
  • Perform workrelated/personal adhoc jobs and responsibilities assigned by the Director.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Min 12 years of working experience in HR/ Payroll and Admin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
  • Strong organisation skill with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
