Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Adapt and execute IBM's global digital strategy for the Japan market, including owning and optimizing content relevant to Japan
  • Measure and report execution of all advanced marketing efforts, benchmarking against key objectives (ROI and KPIs) to optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with external agencies and other vendor partners, in particular paid search and paid media

- グローバルのデジタル戦略を踏まえ、日本の市場・お客様向けにコンテンツ、ジャーニー他のローカライゼーションと最適化を検討・実装
- ビジネス目標(ROIとKPI)に対する現状を常に把握し、ギャップに対しデータもしくは仮説をベースにしたPDCAを実施
- 業務を遂行する上で、各種デジタル・ツール、パフォーマンス・ダッシュボードを駆使すると同時に、広義の日本MCCチームに留まらず、関連部門や海外の同僚、そして外部代理店やその他ベンダー(特に運用型広告)と協業
- 日本の市場・お客様固有のニーズや要件をグローバルにフィードバック、場合によってはグローバル視点での最適な戦術の選択や改善に向けた協議も実施

- グローバルチーム(米国)やアジアの同僚との打ち合わせも多いため、英語力(読み書きのみならず、ヒアリングとスピーチを使う頻度も非常に高いです)は必須です

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Web marketing experience (executing endtoend marketing programs, measuring and analyzing performance and reporting, conducting data and hypothesisdriven testing and personalization, designing and producing web pages)
  • Search engine marketing experience
  • Strong reading and writing skills in Japanese (native or JLPT N1), including experience writing and editing web copy in Japanese
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment based on datadriven analysis and business priorities
  • Ability to engage, collaborate and work with global and other marketing teams

- データに基づいた分析とビジネスの優先順位に基づき自主的な判断力を発揮できる
- グローバルチームや他のマーケティングチームを巻き込み、協働・連携する能力
