Your Role and Responsibilities

- You will drive IBM Japan Group hiring from Malaysia.
- Specifically, as part of our direct hiring strategy, your responsibility includes,
- You will handle these activities as a member of our global Talent Acquisition community.
**- You will learn industry-leading recruiting strategies and skills, with an emphasis on direct recruiting.
- You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition experts around the globe, as a member of our global team.
- On a daily basis, you will practice our direct recruiting strategy, by communicating with recruiters in Japan, sources, and coordinators in Malaysia and other locations.
- Additionally, you will get a deep understanding of IT & Consulting industries as well as trends and operations of the Human Resources department, by collaborating with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition branding and process professionals, and other HR colleagues.

IBM 人事 キャリア採用チームでは、マレーシアから日本IBMグループの採用活動を推進するTalent Acquisitionリクルーターを募集します。今回募集するSelection Specialistには、候補者サーチからスカウティング、選考過程における候補者やHiring Managerとのコミュニケーション、そしてオファーまで、採用サイクルにおける広範な業務をご担当いただきます。日本の採用活動を担当するグローバル・チームの一員として、日本国内に拠点をもつリクルーター、マレーシアはじめ日本国外に拠点をもつソーシング担当者、コーディネート担当者と協業しながら、優秀なタレントを採用すること、それによって明日のIBMを作ることがミッションです。

業務内容

・日本IBMグループの採用活動を、マレーシアから推進していただきます

・具体的には、ダイレクト採用における対応を中心として、キャリア採用サイクルにおける以下の業務をご担当いただきます

・担当業務:転職媒体等を活用した候補者サーチ、候補者のスカウト、候補者とのリクルーター面談、Hiring Managerへの候補者の推薦、選考中の候補者とのコミュニケーション、選考の進め方に関するHiring Managerとのコミュニケーション、オファー内容のデザイン、候補者へのオファー内容の説明

・これら業務は、といった、採用チーム内の多様な専門家と協業しながら、進めていただきます

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3-year-long or longer experiences in Talent Acquisition, including direct sourcing activities
- Close-to-native level of Japanese language proficiency
- Business level of English language proficiency
- Interest in IT & Consulting industries
