HR Executive talent Acquisition

**SCOPE OF WORK**:
A HR Executive_Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in a company. They factor in the long-term goals of an organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in a company’s future success.
This incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions and promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure staff members consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate with hiring managers (HODs & BODs) to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other recruitment portals
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible.
- In-charge the whole process for offboarding.
**REQUIREMENT & EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networksExperience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodS
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
