About the team

Like all teams, our People & Culture team plays a significant role at Doctor Anywhere. We partner closely with leaders, managers and employees to build a culture where everyone feels included and valued at work. We support business needs by attracting, hiring and developing talent to build up a strong organization, while managing our workplace and people operations in a way that keeps employees engaged and productive at work.

About the role

This role reports directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:
Work directly with the Talent Acquisition team to execute a multi-channel talent acquisition strategy including employer branding, outreach campaign planning and talent forecasting.

Support other cross-functional TA projects such as sourcing, pipeline management and content writing for social media channels.

Provide support for workplace operations

Provide support to the TA team in maintaining and auditing data entered in our HR platform during the recruiting lifecycle, and run reports where necessary.

Perform any other relavant TA tasks as assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:
Strong passion in HR, and work experience in TA or any other aspects of HR would be advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.

Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.

Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and interest in evolving trends in HR practices.

Comfortable with fast paced operations and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.

A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
