Your Role and Responsibilities
Working in our Talent Care Center, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC)manages many administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process such as job posting, offer contract generation, pre-employment checks, on-boarding processes, systems management and reporting. The TAC may support the Talent Care Advisor with any tasks associated to interview logistics and travel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports requisition creation/approval process as required.
- Posts job adverts on sourcing channels.
- Initiate required pre-employment checks, including liaison with any third-party vendors.
- Initiate and/or action onboarding activities.
- Contributes, through excellent delivery, to high client satisfaction levels with the service to promote positive NPS scores, references and case studies from the account
- Keep systems updated and send out status notifications as required.
- May participate in the role discovery meetingwith Hiring Manager and agrees delivery expectations, timelines and sourcing strategies

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources or any equivalent.
- Having experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage
- Good working proficiency MS Office
- **Fluency in English and Japanese. Able to speak, read and write at business level.**:
