About the role

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Talent Acquisition Coordination end-to-end processes including but not limited to; ATS job administration and compliance, interview scheduling, background checks, offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.
- Manage a team of regional TA Coordinators including development and performance management.
- Resolution of local/regional escalations with a remedial action plan.
- Analysis of regional data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with TA Centre of Excellence, regional TA leaders and People Services to ensure best practice and alignment of process.
- Monitor Global KPI’s with the regional TA leaders to ensure an efficient end-to-end journey driven by key metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
Essential
- Demonstrated command of Talent Acquisition hiring processes and the administrative steps that support the end-to-end journey.
- Experienced people manager who can inspire high performance and team collaboration.
- Experience implementing new ways of working or process improvement within a Talent Acquisition or People Services function supporting a global or regional TA team.
- Knowledge of regional hiring compliance.
- Data-driven, understands TA metrics and how they support the hiring experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Mandarin or Japanese.

Preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to use data to generate insights and adoption of technologies or processes.
