- Are you a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and would like to discover the true meaning of being part of a real global Talent Acquisition team? Then there is an exciting role for which you will be responsible.**Your main responsibilities focus on**:

- Regional News Letter - You will edit the regional open position newsletter, and collaborate with your peers from other regions to ensure strong alignment and high-quality communication about opportunities within Givaudan towards our employees
- Expense reimbursement activities - you will support relevant processes to ensure that selection-related expenses are handled in a timely and compliant manner.
- Talent Acquisition Requests - working with our internal system to allocate Talent Acquisition related queries to the right colleague, ensuring a fast and adequate resolution

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in a related field)
- You have** 6-months** of mandatory internship program requirements from your University
- Fluent in English and BM
- Empathy and customer-focused attitude
- Matured and possess a proactive personality
- Reliable and meticulous in tasks given
