- Handle time-sensitive emergency orders on the platform with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage daily customer service tasks, including addressing customer complaints and maintaining comprehensive coordination records.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proficiently utilize various office software. Capable of working well under pressure.
- Minimum of a college degree. Preferred experience in working with hotel and flight reservation platforms, demonstrating familiarity with the industry.
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
