Vacancy:
Associate - Account Management - Korean

Location:
Gangnam, Seoul, Korea.

Salary:
The max total salary package is

~RM 12,000.

Breakdown:
Korean Won 3,400,000 inclusive of

Basic Salary:
KRW 3,300,000 +

Fixed Meal Allowance:
KRW 100,000. (Under vendor payroll)

NOTE:

  • We need someone who can join immediately & willing to travel to Malaysia for training.
  • The training will be conducted in Malaysia, at the Malaysia office in Bangsar South, KL.
  • Duration: For the first 34 weeks training in Malaysia, and then start working in Korea afterwards.
Support from The Company


Flight ticket (Korean to Malaysia and Malaysia to Korea), airport transfer and accommodation are provided throughout the training period in Malaysia.

Work Hour: 9am-6pm (Korean time), Monday - Friday.

Job Description:

  • Establish and maintain rapport with consumers using an appropriate tone of voice.
  • Answer consumer questions and resolve consumer issues in line with relevant procedures and policies.
  • Accurately capture all necessary information from consumers to ensure meaningful data and reporting.
  • Highlight critical, escalating or trending issues to the respective supervisor/lead.
  • Maintain confidentiality of consumer information and client's business.
  • Complete all given tasks within an appropriate time and consistent with service level commitments.
  • Comply with the company's rules and regulations.
Job Requirements

  • Fluent in both Korean and English languages
  • Diploma or Degree in any major
  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience in BPO
  • Passionate about products and understands the emotional connection that some consumers have with our brands
  • Team player willing to help others and share learnings
  • Analytical thinking to support issue diagnosis and resolution.
  • Welldeveloped ability to exercise judgement, risk assess issues and evaluate impact
Working Hours/Day

Normal Office Hours: 9am-6pm (Korean time)

Working Day:
Monday - Friday

Work Mode:
Work From Office (Gangnam, Seoul)

Training period:
In Malaysia for the first 3-4 weeks
