  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and other government authorities in getting necessary approval.
  • Monitor the works carried out by the specialist, and contractors and to ensure all works are in conformance to relevant specifications, standards, and Approved Designs.

Minimum 5 years and above _experience in property development or related field.

  • Understand the financial aspects for projects to meet the timeline and budget.
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin with excellent communication and writing skills Selfmotivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills, resourceful, resultoriented, customercentric with the ability to multitask.
  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and diligence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
  • Team player, resourceful, resultoriented, analytical and computer literate.
  • Willing to travel

Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Property Development: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (preferred)
