Key Responsibilities

  7. Work closely with our sales teams to monitor the success of our marketing campaigns and liaise with relevant authorities for necessary approvals and submissions.
  8. Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in good and presentable condition.
  9. Assist in project handover and APDL application/renewal.
  10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  3. Possess at least 2 years of working experience in the property development industry or in a similar capacity.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Enthusiastic about venturing into the Property Industry.
  6. Familiarity with KPKT / Housing Development Act is an advantage.
  7. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  8. Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage.
