Job Title: Sales Manager

Company Background:

Talent Recruit represents a China public listed company specializing in industrial lighting. They are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop organizational structure and job responsibilities for the sales team to optimize performance.
  • Establish work processes, rules, and regulations for smooth operations.
  • Organize daily work guidance and training for employees, continuously improving their work abilities.
  • Assess and motivate employees, enhancing team management and performance.
  • Establish annual performance goals based on the regional sales plan and work priorities.
  • Collect bidding project information, prepare bidding documents, and ensure the smooth bidding process.
  • Prepare and review the cost budget for the region, exercising reasonable control.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales for international markets.
  • Strong connections or experience with Oil & Gas companies are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic/Russian language skills adding value.
