Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and plan all service appointments by contacting customers daily.
  • Follow up and reschedule missed services to prevent service backlogs.
  • Call customers to confirm visits.
  • Accurately and efficiently input all schedule and customer information into the inhouse system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to find available slots for new sales scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Scheduler or Planner in any industry.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
