EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Basic Salary :
RM5,000 & above

  • Must be able to perform full range of secretarial / administrative duties and personal assistant to Managing Directors
  • Organize meetings, appointments, coordinate business schedules, travel arrangements for Managing Director
  • Organize and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion, correspondences, records and maintain an organize filing for smooth data retrieval.
  • Must have high level of integrity, selfmotivation, is proactive, willing & able to work independently and with others as part of a team.
  • Must be attentive to details, positive thinker with multitasking abilities.
  • To be professional & approachable at all ties
  • To undertake any other tasks / assignments assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Must have excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & other programmers.
  • Must have good personality and attitude. Able to work independently, versatile and able to multitask

Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
