Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Responsible and professional in handing confidential information.
- To be responsible for all HR administrative needs of all employees.
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function. (Monitoring attendance and leave status, computing commissions and overtime, processing payroll)
- Prepare HR relevant letters (Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Confirmation letter, Extension letter, and etc.)
- General administration task and adhoc assignment from time to time.
- Knowledge in industrial relation practice, labor law and government regulations.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Organized, selfmotivated, analytical, good team player and attention to details.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
