Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function. (Monitoring attendance and leave status, computing commissions and overtime, processing payroll).
  • Prepare HR relevant letters (Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Transfer letter, Extension letter and etc.)
  • Assisting in recruitment (job ad posting, screening, filtering, arrange interviews).
  • Responsible and professional in handing confidential information.
  • To be responsible for all HR administrative needs of all employees.
  • General administration task and adhoc assignment from time to time.
  • Knowledge in industrial relation practice, labor law and government regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (fresh grads are welcome)
  • Organized, selfmotivated, analytical, good team player and attention to details.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
