A) Personal Assistant

  • To perform secretarial duties and handles all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and organized manner.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of employees and external parties.
  • Manage the Directors' personal and professional schedule and arrangements for appointments, meetings, conference, travel, social functions and attend to Directors personal tasks.
  • To prepare, attend and prepare minutes of office meetings as well as meetings with clients, suppliers and business associates to follow up with the necessary action when required.
  • Any other adhoc tasks as and when assigned by the Directors.

B) Administrative:

  • To perform office administrative work and other tasks as assigned by the Management.
  • Organize and maintain an uptodate filing system for easy access and retrieval.
  • In charge of office facilities administration i.e. office equipment, building maintenance etc.
  • Prepare general correspondence with internal and external parties.
  • Prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent field of study.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (_to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)_.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize jobs assigned and work independently under pressure.
  • Outstanding negotiation skill, selfdiscipline, independent and trustworthy.
  • Meticulous with high attention to details.
  • Highly motivated, result oriented and a team player.
  • Friendly with good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
