Student Mentorship: Guide and supervise student projects, providing mentorship to foster their growth and development in the field.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to create effective learning materials, design detailed work schemes, and keep accurate records of student progress, achievements, and attendance.

Student Support: Provide both academic and pastoral support to address students' academic and personal needs, creating a nurturing learning environment.

Assessment Participation: Play an active role in developing, administering, and assessing exams and other evaluation methods.

Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute your expertise to improve the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and best practices.

Operational Assistance: Help with operational planning, including managing workloads, coordinating timetables, strategizing for student retention, participating in college development initiatives, and handling compliance-related tasks.
