Job Responsibilities:

  • To solicit and hunt for new merchants for payment acceptance via RMS.
  • To achieve individual KPI in sales and revenue targets.
  • To align with the departmental / company's business objectives and direction.
  • To act as the liaison person between key merchants and the company.
  • To build and maintain good business relationship with merchants for repeat business and referrals.
  • To handle and resolve basic merchant servicing issues by liaising with Tech & Ops teams

Pre-Requisites:

  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in sales or business development from a similar industry is required for this position.


Minimum SPM
  • Diploma & above will be an advantage.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
  • Possess an aggressive attitude in hunting for or recruiting good merchants that can help achieve sales target.
  • Able to communicate professionally ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
