Responsibilities:

  • Reports to EVP Delivers administrative and / or secretarial support to senior management, operating within the context of high business criticality corresponding to the manager's level of accountability in the organization.
  • Deals with important and pressing deadlines; addresses complex questions, drawing on multiple sources of information in response.
  • Performs complex tasks (booking, scheduling, content preparation), utilizing procedures that can be either structured and standardized, or unclear and absent.
  • Communicating with tact exercising influence and persuasiveness for effective interaction with others, including other senior managers and leaders.
  • Deals with mostconfidential information within and outside of the Company.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of business activities and objectives of the business their manager leads, in order to be able to provide the required support.
  • Plan, prioritize and effectively allocate time to specific tasks.
  • Maintain an effective agenda and an efficient diary on manager's behalf.
  • Develop and maintain a wide network of relevant business contacts, both internally and externally, on managers' behalf.
  • Process complex expense claims.
  • Supports General Manager in day to day admin tasks related to sales and marketing.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills organize staff events e.g. town hall, events, campaigns, workshops
  • Handle legal contract signing and stamping with CP Strong Stakeholder Management
- liaise with local, regional, global staff visiting and meetings coordinator

  • Effectively communicate in English.

Additional Details:

  • Offered Salary: RM 3,000
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
