Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with Japanesespeaking clients to
understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide necessary
information.

  • Provide sales support in medical services, insurance, and health
screening, including handling quotations, invoicing, payments, and
related matters.

  • Assist the sales, management, finance, and operations teams with
general administrative support and tasks as assigned.

screenings, invoicing, payments, etc.

  • Manage insurancerelated tasks, including quotations, policies,
invoicing, payments, etc.

  • Undertake any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
  • The role requires passing the MII exam of General Insurance to fulfill
duties effectively.

  • Assist the sales team and Managing Director with daytoday
administrative tasks, including document preparation, insurance &
health screening, and invoicing-related tasks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate smooth
sales processes.

  • Serve as a bridge between Japanesespeaking clients and the sales
team, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese, English, and Chinese to effectively
communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and collaborate with
the team

  • Japanese Language skill is a must (JLPT N2 level or above).
  • Previous experience in a sales administration role or any related
work is preferable, but fresh graduates are also applicable.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various
administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively
with clients and internal teams.
