Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO:

Directly Support the CEO:

  • Manage the CEO's busy calendar, to-do list, and assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
  • Handle incoming communications efficiently, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Draft and edit various documents like letters, reports, presentations, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of files and documents.
  • Conduct research to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize meetings and events by preparing agendas, booking rooms, and coordinating details.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and office supplies.
  • Maintain filing systems and records accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments and staff as necessary.

Project & Meeting Management:

  • Assist in project coordination and tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Create and distribute project reports and updates.

General Support:

  • Act as a bridge between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Welcome visitors and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Meet the Director's needs and preferences effectively.
  • Keep track of bills and invoices.

Employee Relations:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
  • Handle disciplinary issues and employee grievances.
  • Support business leaders in team management.
  • Assist in induction and onboarding processes.
  • Create HR induction content aligned with company standards.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and filtering.
  • Conduct regular HR induction sessions.
  • Monitor and ensure inductions for various aspects like Business, Technical, and Customer experience.
  • Support business leaders in the onboarding of new employees.
