We're a vibrant beauty, wellness and healthcare company on a high growth trajectory. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities
Customer Journey

  • To handle new customers' registration
  • Welcoming customer, serving tea, and ensuring PIC is there to serve customer
  • Issuance of receipt and collection of payment
  • Customer appointment management including appointment placement, confirmation, follow up, etc
  • Handle online and offline customer enquiries
  • Understand and learn new treatment and product knowledge (To ensure well explanation in handling walk in customers/ customers' enquiries)
  • Collect Google Review
  • Activate inactive customer

Admin Task

  • To handles and incharge on the POS system
  • Check daily commission and execution claim (ensure is correct)
  • Complete daily invoicing and service redemption
  • Search (slot in/ slot out) customer files
  • Stock management for retail and salon which includes, ensuring enough inventory, and reordering when necessary

Outlet Hygiene and Outlook

  • Prepare teapot, cups & sanitize all area
  • Lead outlet tour if necessary
  • Making rounds and ensure all treatment rooms are always tidy and clean as per SOP
  • Ensure customer shoe rack and IBA lockers cleanliness
  • Switch off all lights, heaters, power outlet and close outlet door during closing
  • Liaise with cleaners when necessary in regards to hygiene, cups cleaning, towels etc

Room Preparation

  • Ensuring rooms are prepared before appointment time, with necessary consumables equipped
  • Ensuring rooms are cleaned after execution is done, and liaise with cleaner to clean up
  • Ensuring machines are in proper order, and managing any machine breakdown or maintenance

Internal Communications

  • Arranging execution sessions for Masseur, Beautician, Consultant
  • Rotating new cons for salesperson
  • Reminding staffs on their next day appointments
  • Brief treatment room SOP
- 安排按摩师、美容师、顾问的服务执行
- 为销售人员轮换新的销售产品
- 提醒员工他们的第二天预约
- 简要介绍治疗室SOP

Working Hours:

Rotational shift with 6-days work week including weekends and public holidays (5 days off per month)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organized with strong problemsolving skills and communication skills
  • Great passion towards the customer experience, beauty, wellness and healthcare industry

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
