  • To drive sales and profitability of the department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, shrinkage management at store level.
  • Equipped with indepth knowledge of meats mainly on product features, meat processing, visual management, service standard, and shrinkage management.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to read and understand product label
  • Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Serviceoriented and a team player
