Front Desk Associate position requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented and can multi-task at a quick pace.


  • Greet members and guests in a friendly manner
  • Professionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly
  • Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
  • Provide the highest level of customer service in a prompt and effective attitude to all members and guests
  • Ability to tour members around the facilities

Ability to work with flexibility such as opening/closing/mid-day shift:

  • Notify management at once when there are special incidents and circumstances
  • Assess and keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean and tidy
  • Keep and report lost and found items to management accordingly
  • Ensures the gym sound system is ready to standby
  • To monitor members/guests usage of facilities in compliance with strict rules & regulations set by Harvest Fitness Management

Qualifications

Strictly communicate and understand in ENGLISH_. Knowing extra language would be plus point.

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience
  • Minimum
    SPM required with equivalent work experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Major in sports, health and fitness related field will be prioritized
