Job Scope:


This role will work with the team in developing and training new agents on the new and existing agent development plan.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module's development project and support training roll out.
  • Design training program based on business results to be achieved, follow by meticulous tracking when vital.
  • Deliver inhouse training modules & follow up follow through for certain programs.
  • Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for selfdevelopment.
  • Update and complete documentation of training materials.

Job Specification:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any field.
Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
  • Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong drive and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be selfmotivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Selfstarter with pleasant personality and serviceoriented work perspective.
Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English. Multilingual has added advantage.
