Daily Sales Collection:

  • Collect and record daily sales transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile sales data with payment receipts.
  • Prepare and deposit daily cash collections.

Accounting Tasks:

  • Assist in monitoring and recording utility bills.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and statements.

License Renewal and Compliance:

  • Keep track of business licenses and permits.
  • Coordinate the renewal of licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a record of expiration dates and renewal deadlines.

Stock Control for Stationeries:

  • Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
  • Place orders for stationery and office supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.

Uniform Monitoring and Record-Keeping:

  • Track and record uniform distribution to staff.
  • Monitor uniform inventory and coordinate replacements as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance and returns.

Communication:

  • Acknowledge accounts for utility bills and other financial transactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and relevant authorities for license renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accounting tasks.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and uptodate records for all financial and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant financial data.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordination of meetings.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
