JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate, follow up, and secure highquality sales leads through both indoor and outdoor activities, including conducting site visits.
  • Actively seek new leads using diverse channels, online and offline.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure and understanding client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective lead management and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for aligned sales strategies and campaign input.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least a certificate, diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales/telesales.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills including relationshipbuilding expertise.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
