Job Scopes:

  • Prepare sales support documentation including purchase request, quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoice and etc.
  • Handle customers' enquiries promptly.
  • Provide information to customers on company products and services in a courteous manner.
  • Liaise with purchasing department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records into the system accurately.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers to management in a timely manner.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Able to work independently, responsible and proactive.
  • Some relevant working experience would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamic is a plus.
  • Position is opened to Malaysian citizen only.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
