Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-site personnel and service providers comply with all published policies and procedures established for the site/s.


2 Personally inspect each assigned site's exterior, interior and grounds at least once a month, using an approved checklist; prepare written recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacements as required.


  • Schedule unannounced observation and performance evaluation of on-site personnel and service providers.
4 Prepare a preventive maintenance checklist by day, week, or month for maintenance personnel to perform.

  • Prepare a detailed list of capital replacements required or anticipated, when applicable, and submit these recommendations to the Manager-Area.
6 Inspect pool condition and other facilities/amenities provided, including all equipment, for proper maintenance, when applicable. (_if any_)


7 Check work/purchase order forms for those completed and those outstanding; determine the age of incomplete work/purchase orders and reasons for being incomplete.


  • Ensure that the current posting of all licenses, permits, notices and occupancy permits required by Federal, State, and Local Authority jurisdictions is undertaken in each assigned site.
9 Assist HQ in collecting service and other charges and handle delinquent accounts.

  • Maintain necessary records of all financial transactions of each assigned site.
  • Make bank deposits vide Cash-in-Transit (CIT) service as and when.
  • Review all purchase orders prepared for the site to ensure clarity and justification of requirements.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
