Job summary


Handle a wide range of the clerical duties such as, collect and organizing date base, increase brand awareness, sell the product to potential guest.


Duties and Responsibilities
Make introductions for guest regarding about the details of all venue space.


Assist guest requirement from the enquiries and records the details for data base and understand all the requirement for each event from the guest request.

Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms and book the venues from the respective outlets.


Prepare proposal, pro-forma invoice for the guest once the event is confirm and prepare event order to all related department such as; kitchen, restaurant and etc.

Ensure a final checks of the day to ensure all the requirement and arrangement are everything meets standards.


To records all the event enquiry, customer feedback, marketing activities report and customer interest, demographic for data base and create targeted campaigns.


Coordinating with marcom team to have the brochures and other printing materials to approach door to door service and spread the awareness to potential customer.


Preferred Knowledge / Qualification / Experience
Diploma / advanced diploma with related industry.

*Computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

At least 1 year experience in related industry.

Well perform the responsibilities of the position require.

Salary:
From RM2,500.00 per month
