Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily administrative and HR duties.
  • Assist on recruitment process such as job posting, resume screening and arranging interviews.
  • Administer HR internal control policies and procedures.
  • Attend to all employees' queries.
  • Handle necessary documentation and able to organize, archive, create or update documents.
  • Answer and attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff members, taking messages and assembling mailing.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment and stationery.
  • Assist in special events, such as company activities when necessary.
  • Perform other as hoc duties as assigned by superior/ management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in related field.
  • At least Diploma in Business and other related fields.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Positive mindset and able to work in a team.
