Job Scope

  • Lead and manage the daytoday Human Resources and Administrative activities.
  • Implementing employment policies, practices and staff compensation and benefits.
  • To ensure compliance and proper record keeping for the entire HR process
  • Handle employee grievances and advise Management on disciplinary issues, and all other employee relations matters.

Qualification Required

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal skills, selfmotivated, meticulous and have good analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the Labour & Employment Law in Malaysia and other relevant statutory acts.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
  • Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.

Salary:
From RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
