Assisting the overall human resource operations and ensure the smooth running of daily operation in the department.

  • Assisting recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with HRrelated laws and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multitask.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to travel if required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay:
RM1, RM4,029.69 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (required)
