HR and Admin Junior Executive

- Assisting recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HRrelated laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multitask.
- Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel if required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay:
RM1, RM4,029.69 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
