Responsibilities:
2. Understand client ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
3. To analyze, create, and resolve issue faced by clients.
4. Update our internal databases with information on technical issues, collect feedbacks & present report.
5. Ensure all SLA are met accordingly.
6. Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
7. Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service following the processes.
8. Any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned from time to time.
What are we looking:
2. Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal and written).
3. Comfortable working with computers and multiple system.
4. With customer service experience
5. Able to start work immediately.
6. Able to work on shifts in future (no midnight shift)
