Job Description:
Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to clients 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clientsRequirements:1. Hardworking and reliable individual who can work independently in a remote setting2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with clients3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations4. Adaptability to navigate through different client personalities and situations5. Innovative mindset to suggest creative solutions to complex problems6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software7. High school diploma or equivalent Benefits:1.
