As a member of our family-owned business, you will responsible in ensuring customer

satisfaction and facilitating smooth interactions between our organization and its clients. Your

primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support

to customers through various communication channels. As Customer Service Administrator, you

will

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone,
  • Issue ResoluƟon: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and strive for
effecƟve soluƟons to ensure a posiƟve customer experience.

  • Order Processing: Manage orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately,
maintaining detailed records of transacƟons.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to
effecƟvely address customer inquiries and provide relevant informaƟon.

  • DocumentaƟon: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer
interacƟons, transacƟons, and resoluƟons in the company's database or CRM system

including documentaƟons of tour group transacƟons.

  • CommunicaƟon: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logisƟcs, and finance to
coordinate responses and resolve customer issues in a Ɵmely manner.

  • Feedback CollecƟon: Gather customer feedback and insights to idenƟfy trends, areas for
improvement, and opportuniƟes to enhance the customer experience.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggesƟons for improving customer service
processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and customer saƟsfacƟon.

  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while
handling customer inquiries and processing transacƟons.

What you should bring along
- a diploma in hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field or proven

experience in customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably an SAPrelated system.
- has good interpersonal, customer-centric approach, problem-solving and

communication skills in Mandarin, English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional

language.
- a can-do attitude and clear focus on achieving goals within a fast paced and dynamic

work environment.

Job Types:
